The Fixery at 80 Mott Avenue # 12, Inwood, New York.

I brought my carry-on to a Samsonite store who sent it to The Fixery to replace the 4 wheels. The 4 wheel plus shipping cost more than a brand new luggage. When I called to tell them that it was surprising, I was told that they "are not Samsonite" and that they don't "have to make it cost effective". That is awful customer service. I already paid $10 at the Samsonite store for the repair estimate, and would have to pay $25 to get my luggage back un-repaired. They clearly implied that they are NOT held to the standards of the brands they work for, and that is a real problem, both in terms of customer service and, I assume, quality of work. Additionally, the price of the repair estimate, is taken out of the price of the repair, if the repair is made... but not at The Fixery.
